Daily stress requires a counterpart. Thats why I started praciticing
Iaidō. Its a martial art that requires concentration and precision and is done without opponent. Iaidō serves well to free myself from daily work.
On the 4th of November I have passed the examination for the 5th kyu, which is the lowest possible grade. Kyu grades are uncommon in Japan, where graduation starts with Dan.
